ADL bakom Youtubes nya censur

JUDISK MAKT. Judiska Anti-Defamation League (ADL) ger sig själva ära för Youtubes nya censurriktlinjer.

I ett uttalande från igår berömmer sig ADL för att ha samverkat med teknikföretag och YouTube för att ”aggressivt motverka hat på deras plattformar” och att de är ”glada över att ha delat sin expertis inom detta och ser fram emot att fortsätta delge sin kunskap”.

ADL är dock inte fullt ut nöjda med YouTubes nya censur utan menar att detta ”måste följas av många fler förändringar från Youtube och andra teknikföretag för att adekvat motarbeta näthatets och extremismens gissel”.

Till sin hjälp har ADL en underorganisation som kallas Center for Technology and Society. Detta Center har bland annat till uppgift att utbilda beslutsfattare i Internetrelaterade spörsmål och förespråka lagstiftning för att stoppa så kallat näthat.
