Enligt en färsk opinionsundersökning från Yougov rankas invandringen som det största problemet för EU i 9 av 11 länder. På andra plats kommer terrorism och först på tredje plats kommer den ekonomiska situationen.
De länder där invandring pekas ut som det största problemet är Storbritannien, Frankrike, Tyskland, Italien, Danmark, Sverige, Grekland, Finland och Litauen, alltså till största del länder som upplevt stora problem kopplade till invandringspolitiken.
Invandringen pekas även ut som ett stort problem i Polen. I Spanien är frågan visserligen viktig, men där toppas istället listan av den omfattande arbetslösheten landet haft problem med.
