INRIKES. En irakisk medborgare som hällt bensin i en affärslokal i Ronneby slipper utvisning efter att ha lämnat in ett så kallat klanintyg till hovrätten.

En 21-årig irakier som hällt bensin i en affärslokal i Ronneby slipper utvisning efter att ha lämnat in ett ”klanintyg”, enligt vilket mannen är att betrakta som fredlös efter att ha kränkt en irakisk klans heder, till Hovrätten över Skåne och Blekinge.

Beslutet har fattats trots att ”klanintyget” inte inlämnats i original och man därmed inte kan bedöma dess äkthet.

Irakiern fick tillsammans med en annan man i uppdrag att den 20 december 2016 krossa skyltfönstret vid lokalen och sedan hälla ut bensinen som en varning till lokalinnehavaren. Den som gav dem uppdraget ska vara en man som är högt uppsatt i kriminella kretsar.
