Id-kontrollerna mellan Danmark och Sverige blir kvar ett tag till

INRIKES. Regeringen har beslutat att än så länge inte lyfta de id-kontroller som utförs på resenärer mellan Danmark och Sverige.

Det uppges nu bara vara ett fåtal utlänningar som söker sig till Sverige över Öresund. Infrastrukturminister Anna Johansson menar dock att de pågående id-kontrollerna kommer att vara kvar tills vidare. Detta eftersom man ännu inte kan säga om invandringen kommer att öka när det slår om till sommar.

— Innan det blir tal om att ta bort id-kontrollerna mellan Danmark och Sverige vill regeringen vara säker på att antalet asylsökande inte ökar stort så snart vintern är slut, säger Johansson.

Förra veckan ska 638 personer ha sökt asyl i Sverige. Endast ett fåtal av dem uppges ha kommit till Sverige över Öresund utan de viktigaste ankomstpunkterna är numera Trelleborgs och Göteborgs hamn.
