Måndagen den 9 december så ägnade sig delar av Näste 7 åt kampsportsträning. Väder och vind till trots så höll kamraterna temperaturen uppe genom att hålla ett högt tempo genom uppvärmningen och slagövningarna. Innan träningen avslutades för dagen så avsattes tid för sparringmatcher.
