En kvinna i Järfälla kommun åtalas nu för att vid upprepade tillfällen våldtagit en, enligt uppgift, pojke som var fosterhemsplacerad hos henne. Våldtäkterna ska ha pågått under flera månaders tid.
Kvinnan nekar till brott, men åklagaren har tillgång till film och fotografier som ska styrka åtalet.
Om gärningarna inte skulle bedömas som våldtäkt mot barn anser åklagaren att de istället bör bedömas som sexuellt utnyttjande av person i beroendeställning.
