Misstänkta sexbrott på förskola i Alingsås

BROTT. I ett pressmeddelande skriver Alingsås kommun att en anställd på en förskola i kommunen sitter anhållen misstänkt för sexualbrott. Person har tagits ur tjänst.

Under fredagen släppte Alingsås kommun ett pressmeddelande på sin hemsidan om att en anställd på en förskola i kommunen har anhållits misstänkt för sexbrott mot barn.

— En signal om en händelse som denna är oerhört allvarlig och lämnar ingen oberörd. Fokus för oss just nu är att ge barn och föräldrar och även berörd personal stöd enligt de rutiner och riktlinjer vi har. Det handlar bland annat om stöd från socialförvaltningen och samtalshjälp från barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin. Nu måste vi visa respekt för alla inblandade och låta polisen göra sitt jobb, säger kommundirektören Magnus Haggren.

Föräldrar och anhöriga till barnen på den aktuella förskolan samlades under fredagseftermiddagen för att få information om hur kommunen agerar och vilken typ av hjälp och stöd som finns att tillgå.
