Tyskland har idag fler politiska fångar än Östtyskland hade ett år innan Berlinmurens fall. Dessa tankebrottslingar, vilka har dömts för hets mot folkgrupp, revisionism eller för återuppbyggandet av förbjudna partier, räknas inte som politiska fångar. Ansedda som nynazister, har de utestängts från det politiska spektrumet. Så för majoriteten av de unga har de blivit martyrer för det nationella uppvaknandet. Detta uppvaknande sker mitt framför våra ögon, men vi vägrar se det.

Part of the intimacy with nature that you acquire, is the sharpening of your senses. Not that your hearing or eyesight become more acute, but you notice things more. Revolutionära fronten på scen i Umeå

UMEÅ. Sofia Jannok och Cleo uppträdde när vårvintern invigdes som en del av Umeås kulturhuvudstadsår. Revolutionära fronten fanns representerade på scen. Ledningen för kulturhuvudstadsåret menar att de inte kände till det.

Aristerna Sofia Jannok och Cleo uppträdde vid invigningen av vårvintern. Med på scen fanns Revolutionära fronten som tog tillfället i akt att visa sitt stöd för AFA-knivmannen Joel Bjurströmer Almgren. Bjurströmer Almgren dömdes tidigare i år till 6,5 års fängelse för dråpförsök då han högg en kniv i ryggen på en meningsmotståndare i Kärrtorp.

Ett antal maskerade personer syns posera maskerade bakom artisterna. De bär tröjor med trycket ”Frige Joel”. Fredrik Lindegren, konstnärlig ledare för Kulturhuvudstadsåret, säger att man inte hade koll på vilka som skulle vara på scen.

— Vi trodde att vi hade koll på det, men vi vet ju inte heller vad alla artister har med sig för personer, säger Lindgren. På en direkt fråga om vad han tycker om att RF för ut ett sådant budskap från scenen svarar han:

— Jag tycker att det är viktigt att partipolitiska symboler inte finns med på våra arrangemang.
