Styrketräning Näste 7

Måndagen den 13 januari så ägnade medlemmar från Näste 7 delar av kvällen åt styrketräning. Efter en lättare uppvärmning för att mjuka upp kroppen i kvällskylan så följde ett gediget styrketräningspass med flertalet övningar som satte uthållighet och styrka på prov.
