Två tonåringar misstänkta för tidelag

HÄLSINGLAND. Natten till onsdagen togs två tonåringar på bar gärning av en hästägare i Ljusdals kommun medan de förgrep sig på hästarna sexuellt. De är nu misstänka för tidelag.

Det var vid 02-tiden som hästägaren tog de två tonåringarna på bar gärning i stallet när de förgrep sig sexuellt på hästarna. Men det var inte första gången som liknande scenarion hänt uppger polisen.

— Ägaren hade haft problem tidigare och hittat någon kondom och så, säger Daniel Ågren, befäl vid polisens regionledningscentral.

Av de två pojkarna är endast den ena straffmyndig och de kommer båda att förhöras vid ett senare tillfälle. Ärendet rubriceras som brott mot Djurskyddslagens nionde paragraf, sexuella handlingar mot djur samt olaga intrång.

I 70 år var tidelag tillåtet i Sverige, så länge djuret inte bevisat utsattes för smärta, men sedan år 2014 är det återigen olagligt.
