Oavsett om den korrekta genomsnittliga IQ-nivån i det subsahariska Afrika ligger strax under 70 eller strax över 70 så tycker jag att det finns anledning att diskutera om vi ska ta in subsaharier i landet. Vad det är tänkt att de ska tillföra, vad är de bra till? Behöver vi fler människor som är duktiga på att hoppa, springa, spela trumma och rappa?
