Dagens datum 19 juli: Denna dag 1670 föddes den svenske vetenskapsmannen Olof Celsius. Celsius var aktiv inom en mängd områden bland annat botanik, teologi, språk och runforskning.
Visst var Gustav II Adolf och Karl X Gustav erövrarkungar – men utan erövringar hade vi antagligen inte haft något Sverige alls, för i motsats till vad ett eller annat utvalt folk påstår så har Gud aldrig kommit till oss, pekat på Sveriges plats på jorden och sagt att ”detta ska vara ert land”.
