UTRIKES. Under morgondagen ska Ukraina och utbrytarrepubliken Donetsk utbyta fångar, enligt ett nytt avtal.

Enligt ett nytt avtal mellan den ukrainska regeringen och utbrytarrepubliken Donetsk ska en fångutväxling äga rum under morgondagen, i enlighet med vad som förhandlats fram under fredssamtal i Paris.

— Kiev och Donbass har nått en överenskommelse om ett fångutbyte på söndag den 29 december, säger en talesperson för regeringen i Donetsk, vilket har bekräftats av Ukrainas president Volodymyr Zelenskyj.

Innan en utväxling kan ske måste dock alla personer som det hela berör verifieras, något som bör vara färdigt till söndagen.
