Clown-Sverige – domare full under rättegång

INRIKES. En rättegång ska tas om efter att en domare uppträtt full i rätten.

Efter att anställda vid en tingsrätt i Sverige fattade misstankar om att en domare under en rättegång var berusad anmäldes domaren. Efter att tre advokater krävde prövning om rättegången skulle tas om togs beslutet att göra just detta av tingsrätten.

”Tingsrätten har i beslutet bedömt att trots den olägenhet ett beslut att ta om huvudförhandlingen innebär, intresset av förtroendet för den rättsskipande verksamhetens förmåga att tillhandahålla en rättvis rättegång i sammanhanget väger tyngst. Den fortsatta huvudförhandlingen har därför ställts in”, skriver den berörda tingsrätten.
