FILM: Polis sparkar på en tonåring som ligger ned och är handklovad

INRIKES. Filmen visar upp en polisman från Helsingborg som sparkar på en full odräglig tonåring som ligger ned och är handklovad. Polismannen har dömts för misshandel i hovrätten.

Filmen från Expressen tar upp att polismannen stängde av sin kroppskamera under misshandeln men en övervakningskamera spelade in hela händelsen. Polismannen friades först i tingsrätten men blev nyligen dömd i hovrätten.

I normala fall hade en person som dömts för en sådan här misshandel fått fängelse men polismannen får straffrabatt för att han förlorar jobbet som polis. Polismannen har överklagat hovrättens dom till Högsta domstolen.
