BROTT. Knutbypastorn Helge Fossmo som dömdes till ”livstids fängelse” år 2004 fick avslag på sin ansökan om tidsbestämt straff.

Knutbypastorn Helge Fossmo eller Helge Iversen som han numera heter, dömdes 2004 för anstiftan till mord och anstiftan till mordförsök då han i januari samma år gav familjens barnflicka uppdraget att skjuta hans hustru och en granne som var make till hans älskarinna.

Iversen har i dagsläget avtjänat tretton år och nio månader av sitt ”livstidsstraff”. Under måndagen fick han avslag på sin ansökan om tidsbestämt straff.

— Straffvärdet för gärningarna överstiger väsentligen 24 år, så vi tycker att den tid som återstår för honom att avtjäna är mer än vad som krävs för nödvändig utslussning, säger Mariette Gustafsson, chefsrådman vid Örebro tingsrätt.
