Söndagen den 1/12 så var medlemmar och aktivister från Näste 6 ute på en av Luleås utegym för att köra ett styrkepass. Man började träningen med löpning som uppvärmning för att sedan ta sig an delar av aktivist testet som gick att göra på plats. Efter testet så påbörjades ett vanligt styrkepass som idag var fokus på bröst och armar. Samtliga deltagare gjorde bra ifrån sig.
