Den 20 november samlades medlemmar och aktivister ur Näste 3 för att träna kampsport. Extra stort fokus lades den här gången på slagteknik och på slagkraft. Man tränade sedan på att slåss två mot två och på försvar och anfall. Efter att ha blivit rejält härdade avslutade man med en sista utmattande slagträning.
