Amazon spionerar på sin personal

ÖVERVAKNING. Det arbetarföraktande företaget Amazon som allt mer ökar sina investeringar i Sverige spionerar på sin egen personal, även utanför företagets formella domäner.

Amazon har upprepade gånger kritiserats hårt för hur företaget behandlar sina anställda. Nu har en ny skandal kring Amazon blossat upp, rapporterar Computer Sweden.

Företaget övervakar kommunikationen i privata Facebook-grupper och på webbplatser där de anställda diskuterar sina jobb.

Övervakningen sker med hjälp av ett speciellt webbverktyg. Syftet är att företaget i förväg ska ta reda på om de anställda att genomföra strejker eller protester mot Amazon.

I vissa fall har meddelanden som postats i de privata grupperna skickats vidare till Amazons företagsledning.

Det finns dock ännu inga belägg för att någon Amazon-anställd har fått sparken på grund av inlägg de postat i privata Facebook-grupper.

Användningen av webbverktyget är hemligstämplad av företaget, men av misstag råkade vissa dokument läggas ut på den öppna delen av internet där journalister kunde ta del av dem.
