Hovrätten skärper straffet för kidnapparen Theo Göthberg

GÖTEBORG. Nordfront har tidigare rapporterat om att domen mot Theo Göthberg skulle falla idag. Göthberg kidnappade i november förra året en liten flicka och han dömdes av tingsrätten till två års fängelse. Idag skärptes domen av hovrätten.

Theo Göthberg kidnappade 9-åriga Anna i Göteborg i november förra året. Tingsrätten valde att döma honom till 2 års fängelse för olaga frihetsberövande då de menade att det var en ”slumpartad handling som mannen sedan inte kunde avbryta”, och att det därför bara kan bli fråga om olaga frihetsberövande.

Kammaråklagare Per-Erik Rinsell hade yrkat på sju års fängelse för människorov med tanke på det psykiska lidande flickan utsattes för och höll inte med tingsrätten. Rinsell överklagade tingsrättens beslut och brottsmålet gick vidare till hovrätten.

Idag föll domen mot den thailändska kidnapparen Theo Göthberg. Hovrätten valde att skärpa straffet till tre år och sex månaders fängelse för olaga frihetsberövande, misshandel, olaga hot och barnpornografibrott.
