Explosion i centrala Norrköping – “platsen liknar en krigszon”

INRIKES. På måndagskvällen inträffade en kraftig explosion utanför en lägenhet i centrala Norrköping. En person har skadats och polisen utreder nu händelsen som försök till mord.

Efter en dramatisk kväll i Norrköpings centrum har två personer förts till sjukhus. Först hittades en svårt skadad man utomhus på en gata. Ambulanspersonalen kunde konstatera att skadorna inte orsakats av en olycka och polisen spärrade av området för teknisk undersökning.

Tre personer har anhållits som misstänkta för grovt våldsbrott. Den skadade mannen har förts till intensivvårdsavdelningen på Universitetssjukhuset i Linköping och vårdas för allvarliga skador.

En liten stund senare inträffade en kraftig explosion i närheten av den plats där mannen hittades. Sprängladdningen var placerad utanför en lägenhetsdörr och orsakade stor skada på fastigheten. En person som befann sig inne i lägenheten har förts till sjukhus.

Jourhavande fastighetsskötare Andreas Bodin beskriver platsen som en krigszon:

— Det är ju stora skador på huset, både på fasad och dörrar och fönster det här är månaders jobb om det går att få i ordning på.

Polisen utreder nu händelsen som försök till mord. Vakthavande polisbefäl Peter Ström säger till SR att man i nuläget inte ser något samband mellan de två händelserna, men hoppas att utredningen kommer att visa om så är fallet.
