ÅSIKTSCENSUR. En före detta kandidat till kommunfullmäktige för Svenskarnas parti har dömts för hets mot folkgrupp.
Ludvig Delin, som kandiderade för numera nerlagda Svenskarnas parti i Vänersborg, har dömts för åsiktsbrottet hets mot folkgrupp. Enligt domen ska Delin under 2013 ha ”uttryckt missaktning mot personer med judisk trosbekännelse” på det sociala mediet Twitter.
Delin dömdes för två fall av hets mot folkgrupp till villkorlig dom, han själv förnekar dock att någon brottslig handling ska ha begåtts.
