1984. En 32-årig man har av en tysk domstol dömts till 18 månaders fängelse för att han ska ha delat en bild med ”kränkande” bildtext på sociala medier.

En 32-årig tysk man har dömts till 18 månaders fängelse för att ha delat en bild med ”kränkande” bildtext på sociala medier.

Den tyske mannen ska enligt åtalet ha lagt upp en bild av en miniatyrupplaga av Auschwitz-lägret tillsammans med en bildtext på sociala medier. Ärendet avslutades i tingsrätten i Hohenstein-Ernstthal i delstaten Sachsen och innan domen avkunnades sa domaren Manfred Weber följande till den åtalade:

— Du gjorde narr av Auschwitz-överlevare. Det är väldigt dåligt.

Mannen har tidigare anklagats för att ha lagt upp bilder på hakkors och Adolf Hitler i sociala medier.
