Part of the intimacy with nature that you acquire, is the sharpening of your senses. Not that your hearing or eyesight become more acute, but you notice things more. Iran: Våra missiler kan sänka USA:s flotta

UTRIKES. Enligt en befälhavare i det iranska revolutionsgardet kan landets kortdistansrobotar slå ut amerikanska fartyg i Persiska viken.

Enligt Mohammed Saleh Jokar, vice befälhavare för det iranska revolutionsgardet, ligger de amerikanska krigsfartygen i Persiska viken inom räckvidden för iranska robotsystem.

— Till och med våra kortdistansrobotar kan lätt nå de amerikanska fartygen i golfen, har befälhavaren uttalat till nyhetsbyrån Fars.

Den senaste tiden har spänningen mellan USA och Iran ökat. Nyligen förstärktes den amerikanska hangarfartygsgruppen i området av två jagare. Iranierna verkar dock inte tro att USA kommer vilja starta något nytt krig, då ett krig skulle ställa till med för stora ekonomiska problem.

Frågan är också huruvida amerikanerna verkligen skulle kunna landsätta invasionsstyrkor i Iran, då fartyg i den smala golfen kan bli väldigt utsatta för robotattacker från landets kust.
