Italien stoppar bildandet av nytt “nazistparti” – flera gripna

ÅSIKTSFÖRTRYCK. I en samordnad räd på 16 olika platser i Italien har polis gripit ett antal människor som velat bilda ett nationalsocialistiskt parti. Enligt Reuters har man beslagtagit både nationalsocialistisk propaganda och vapen.

I 16 olika städer, från Alperna i norr till Sicilien i söder, har italiensk polis slagit till mot politiska dissidenter. Brottet de misstänks för är att de har försökt att bilda ett nationalsocialistiskt parti, vilket strider mot italiensk lag.

Partiet ska enligt Reuters ha hetat ”Nationalsocialistiska partiet för arbetare” och enligt italiensk polis har personerna bakom haft koppling till andra nationalsocialister och fascister i bland annat Frankrike, Portugal och Storbritannien.

Under tillslaget ska man ha beslagtagit en mängd nationalsocialistisk propaganda, däribland bilder på Adolf Hitler. Man säger sig även ha beslagtagit vapen i form av jaktgevär och armborst.

Enligt den italienska polisen bestod rörelsen av ”en stor variation av människor, invånare på olika platser, förenade av samma ideologiska fanatism och vilja att skapa en öppet pro-nazistisk, främlingsfientlig och antisemitisk rörelse”.

Exakt hur många man har gripit för det påstådda åsiktsbrottet vill man dock inte berätta.
