Pojke åtalas för HMF – på grund av Spotify-lista

ÅSIKTSBROTT. För första gången någonsin åtalas någon för åsiktsbrottet ”hets mot folkgrupp” på grund av en spellista på Spotify. Den åtalade är en 16-årig pojke som förra året skapade spellistan ”Vit makt, n*gerslakt”.

2018 skapade en 15-åring en så kallad spellista på musikstreamingstjänsten Spotify. 15-åringen döpte listan till ”Vit makt, n*gerslakt” och åtalas därför nu för hets mot folkgrupp.

Pojken har i förhör sagt att han inte visste att listan var offentlig och att han inte menade att uttrycka missaktning mot någon grupp. Men när han anmäldes hade listan 73 följare.

Han menar också att han inte har de värderingar som titeln på listan antyder och att han bara döpte den till ”Vit makt, n*gerslakt” som ett infall.

Det är första gången någonsin som någon åtalas för brottslighet på Spotify.
