Part of the intimacy with nature that you acquire, is the sharpening of your senses. Not that your hearing or eyesight become more acute, but you notice things more. In city life you tend to be turned inward, in a way. Your environment is crowded with irrelevant sights and sounds, and you get conditioned to block most of them out of your consciousness. In the woods you get so that your awareness is turned outward, toward your environment, hence you are much more conscious of what goes on around you. For example, you’ll notice inconspicuous things on the ground, such as edible plants or animal tracks. If a human being has passed through and has left even just a small part of a footprint, you’ll probably notice it. […] If you hear a sound that you can’t identify, it immediately catches your attention, even if it’s so faint that it’s barely audible. Hillary Clinton ska ha fått ett raserianfall under valnatten

USA. Hillary Clinton uppges ha skrikit och kastat föremål mot sina anställda när det stod klart att hon skulle förlora presidentvalet.

Källor som nyhetssajten The American Spectator har pratat med berättar att när det gick upp för Hillary Clinton att hon hade förlorat presidentvalet ska hon ha fått ett raserianfall. Hon ska bland annat ha skrikit, svurit och slagit på möbler. Enligt källorna ska hon också ha plockat upp föremål och kastat dem på skräckslagna följare och anställda.

Clinton ska inte heller ha dykt upp på Demokraternas valvaka på Manhattan för att tillkännage nederlaget. Istället ska hon ha skickat sin kampanjledare John Podesta som kom med ett förvirrat budskap till tusentals Clinton-anhängare som hade anslutit sig till valvakan.

— De räknar fortfarande röster och varje röst ska räknas, ska Podesta ha sagt till en sorgsen och chockad samling.

— Flera stater är för nära till att bekräfta, så vi kommer inte ha något mer att säga ikväll, avslutade Podesta när han uppmanade Clinton-anhängarna till att gå hem.
