Efter välkomstceremonin vägrar dock invandrarna att bosätta sig på sitt nya gratisboende eftersom det inte ligger i en storstad. Migrationsverket är tvunget att hota med att invandrarna får välja mellan boendet de erbjuds eller att sova ute på vintern.
