Över 150 övergrepp under sommarens festivaler

FESTIVALSOMMAR. Över 150 fall av sexuella ofredanden ska ha anmälts under sommarens musikfestivaler i Sverige. Det är en tydlig ökning jämfört med sommaren 2016.

Under de senaste åren har antalet sexuella övergrepp vid festivaler exploderat. I år gick det så långt att Bråvallafestivalen meddelade att man ställer in nästa års festival på grund av de många sexövergreppen.

Polisens siffror visar att antalet anmälda övergrepp, som ofta begås av personer med invandrarbakgrund, uppgick till över 150 under den gångna sommaren, enligt Metro.

Den festival där flest sexuella ofredanden anmäldes var Malmöfestivalen, med 30 anmälningar, följt av Bråvallafestivalen, 23, Härnösands stadsfest, 22, Emmabodafestivalen, 13, Summerburst Stockholm, 9.
