MUSIK • Denna vecka presenterar Nordfront en låt som beskrivs som en ”hymn” för nationalister över hela världen.

Veckans låt är en nationalistisk körsång om att vara främmande i sitt eget hemland och att längta efter ett eget hem för sitt folk. Det finns olika uppgifter om vem som ligger bakom den nationalistiska ”hymnen”. I en uppladdning på Youtube står det att organisationen The Mannerbund ligger bakom och i andra står det att Pine Tree Riots är kören bakom. Pine Tree Riots är en referens till ett uppror som amerikanska nybyggare startade mot den brittiska centralmakten i New Hampshire 1772.

Sången pratar om hur man lever i ett samhälle i förfall samtidigt som man frågar sig hur deras förfäder känner inför att deras söner tvingas ner under en ynkryggs stövel. Körsångarna levererar texten med stor passion och några sångare sticker ut ur mängden då de på slutet tar i från hjärtat och överröstar de andra. Trots den stundtals nedslående texten om verklighetens natur uppmanar den ändå till kamp med orden ”om det inte finns nån eld som visar mig vägen, så startar jag min egen”.
