Sveriges Radio har fått ett coronautbrott

INRIKES. Sveriges Radio Ekot, som är Sveriges största nyhetsredaktion med 200 medarbetare, har drabbats av ett utbrott av coronainfluensan. Omkring 30 personer är direkt eller indirekt drabbade.

Statsradion i form av Sveriges Radio Ekot uppger idag att de drabbats av ett stort utbrott av coronainfluensa där runt 30 personer är påverkade, skriver Fria Tider. Dagens Media var först ut att berätta om nyheten.

Drygt tio medarbetare ska ha blivit sjuka och ytterligare runt 20 personer har satts i karantän.

Redaktionen som består av 200 personer har inte tidigare drabbats av sjuka medarbetare.

— Vi har gjort en noggrann smittspårning. Alla som har varit nära den sjuka kollegan 24 timmar innan den blev sjuk får vara i karantän och jobba hemifrån, säger Ekots chef och ansvariga utgivare Klas Wolf-Watz till Dagens Media.

SR uppger att nyhetsförmedlingen inte kommer att bli lidande av utbrottet.
