If a human being has passed through and has left even just a small part of a footprint, you’ll probably notice it. Hundratals byggföretag är intresserade av att bygga muren mot Mexiko

USA. Intresset för att bygga muren mot Mexiko är stort bland byggföretagen och även bland latinamerikanska företag.

Hundratals byggföretag har lagt anbud på byggandet av muren mot Mexiko sedan det amerikanska inrikesdepartementet gick ut med ett meddelande till entreprenörer om att lägga anbud på bygget. Ett av tio företag som lagt anbud är latinamerikanska företag.

Av de över 600 byggföretag som lagt anbud har 62 av dem en latinamerikansk ägare. Kravet som ställs på byggföretagen är att de ska kunna erbjuda ritningar med kraftiga väggkonstruktioner.

— Vi är inga politiker. Vi är varken vänster eller höger. Vi är ett byggföretag och det är hur vi överlever. Vi ser det bara som arbete, säger Jorge Diaz, ägare till det latinamerikanska byggföretaget de la Fuente Construction, Inc.
