Part of the intimacy with nature that you acquire, is the sharpening of your senses. Not that your hearing or eyesight become more acute, but you notice things more. In city life you tend to be turned inward, in a way. Your environment is crowded with irrelevant sights and sounds, and you get conditioned to block most of them out of your consciousness. In the woods you get so that your awareness is turned outward, toward your environment, hence you are much more conscious of what goes on around you. For example, you’ll notice inconspicuous things on the ground, such as edible plants or animal tracks. IT-jättar kraftsamlar mot “extremism”

CENSUR. Under antiislamistiska förevändningar har IT-företagen Twitter, Facebook och Google stängt av hundratusentals konton för att de sprider så kallad våldsbejakande extremism.

IT-jättarna Twitter, Facebook och Google har det senaste året intensifierat kampen mot så kallad extremism. Ett exempel är Google som nu frångått tidigare praxis med att skräddarsy reklam till användare baserat på deras sökhistorik. För ifall användaren har sökt på ord kopplade till ”våldsbejakande extremism” rekommenderar numera Google reklam som tagits fram för att motverka densamma.
Samtidigt har Twitter i sin kamp mot extremismen stängt ner 360 000 konton. Även Facebook stänger ner konton i allt högre utsträckning.

Att få sina konton stängda är något som inte bara drabbat islamister. Till exempel blev Daily Stormers Andrew Anglin redan förra året avstängd från Twitter, något som därefter hänt allt fler antifeministiska och invandringskritiska personer. Även Facebooks censur har drabbat nationellt sinnade i hög utsträckning, något som Nordfront tidigare rapporterat om.
